UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery
We ship to customers across Europe and worldwide.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Europe: approximately 3–7 working days
- Rest of the world: approximately 5–10 working days
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs clearance and other circumstances outside our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
Sealed Cosmetic Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or have had their protective seal removed or broken cannot be returned.
If you think you may wish to return a cosmetic product, please keep the original seal completely intact.
Products returned with a broken or removed hygiene seal will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or there is another applicable legal right.
